The Customer, pursuant to articles 1341 and 1342 of the Italian Civil Code, specifically approves the following clauses:

• article 9.3 (suspension of services even without notice);
• articles 9.4, 9.5 and 9.6 (Amilon's limitation of liability);
• article 13 (Amilon's right to modify the contract);
• article 14 (applicable law and place of jurisdiction).
