Why do I have to register with my company's data?
GiftCardStore is a B2B e-commerce and allows only to authorized companies on our systems to be able to place orders.
Authorization allows you to automate and speed up the billing process.
The process of integration and loyalty of your company can also affect the evaluation of more favorable commercial conditions.
Can I buy without being registered?
No, unfortunately it is not possible to shop without a account registration. We do it to guarantee your security and to protect yourself from fraud.
I recorded my company's account, how long will it be authorized by your systems?
excluding non-working days, the validations take place within 48 hours. These hours are needed to validate the company documents that you have provided us during the registration.
As soon as your users are approved, we will send you an e-mail to set your new password and you can buy your gift card.
What types of payment are available on GiftCardStore?
On GiftCardStore you can pay your gift cards by credit card or bank transfer.

How do I receive an invoice for my order?
By providing the SDI code, the invoice is automatically delivered.
In case you want the Copy Code by e-mail it will be necessary to write to our customer care (via backoffice of the platform).
Is there an invoice archive on my personal profile?
We are working on it, but at the moment the invoices of your orders on the profile are not yet available.
A company can activate more than one users?
Certainly! More users can be created for the same company.
How can I download the gift cards I have bought?
After the purchase you will receive a password protected file via e-mail and a second e-mail that contains the security password to access the file. In addition, you can download your GIFT CARD from your historic GiftCardStore Orders.
