The Customer, in accordance with Articles 1341 and 1342 of the Italian Civil Code, specifically approves the following clauses:

• articles 4.2 and 4.3 (non-replaceability/refundability of Codes delivered in the event of theft, loss, improper use and relevant indemnity; time limit for the use of the Code);
• art.6 .3 (limitations on the use of Gift Cards and relevant indemnity);
• art.7.3 and 7.4 (limitations of Amilon's liability);
• art.7.5 (suspension of services even without notice);
• art.10 (applicable law and place of jurisdiction).
