Help needy people in our country too by purchasing and donating the Fondazione Banco Alimentare Onlus Gift Cards.

Since 1989, the Banco Alimentare Onlus Foundation has been recovering surplus production from the food supply chain and, through its network of 21 organizations spread throughout the country, redistributes it to more than 7,600 Territorial Partner Organizations that provide food aid to more than 1,750,000 needy and marginalized people throughout Italy.

Banco Alimentare recovers and redistributes food that is still excellent and not expired that would be destined for destruction. Saved from waste, they regain value and become wealth for those who have too little. The main sources of supply are: the Food Industry, large-scale retail, mass catering and the European Union. More than 110,000 tons of food were recovered and distributed in 2022. The activities of the Food Bank are possible thanks to the daily work of more than 2,000 volunteers.

DONATIONS COLLECTED WILL BE TRANSFERRED IN FULL TO THE NON-PROFIT FOOD BANK FOUNDATION, WITHOUT RETAINING ANY FEES.
