Use of the Enilive Digital Fuel Voucher

The vouchers can be used to purchase diesel fuels, including HVOlution, gasoline, natural gas (CNG), and LPG (subject to verification with the station operator), at more than 4,000 Enilive Stations. Participating stations can be found on the Enilive App and through the station finder available on enilive.it. Vouchers can be redeemed via the free Enilive App, available for both iOS and Android devices.

When using the App, vouchers can be redeemed independently through all sales channels available at the service station and may be used in multiple transactions. They may also be redeemed during station opening hours by presenting the 14-character code to the station operator.

Vouchers are valid until the expiry date indicated. After this date, they will not be replaced or extended, nor will any remaining balance be refunded.

The voucher value cannot be exchanged for cash or credited to a credit card. Vouchers are non-replaceable in the event of loss or theft.

Vouchers can only be loaded onto the Enilive App after their validity start date.

To load voucher codes onto the App:

• Download the Enilive App.
• Open the “Voucher” section.
• Select “Add Voucher or Fuel Voucher”.
• Choose “Voucher and Enilive Digital Fuel Voucher”.
• Scan the QR code or enter the identification code manually.

This will create a voucher credit that can be used to purchase diesel fuels, including HVOlution, gasoline, natural gas (CNG), and LPG (subject to verification with the station operator). These products will be sold at the public price displayed on the fuel dispenser at the time of purchase.
