Redeeming the voucher for items sold online by other retailers via the DECATHLON Marketplace is not possible. Marketplace items are identified with the notice “sold by” and can be excluded using the search filter.

The DECATHLON voucher is to be treated like cash.
No replacement can be provided in case of loss or theft. Purchases can be paid for in full or in part using the voucher balance. The voucher cannot be redeemed for items sold by other retailers via the Marketplace. Any remaining balance stays on the voucher until the end of its validity.

The voucher is valid for 36 months from the day of activation. Extension or redemption for cash is not possible.
