Gift Card Eni Plenitude

Plenitude Prepaid Card can be used by the purchaser or the recipient as a gift to pay Plenitude bills. It is valid for all Plenitude electricity or gas offers and with all payment methods.

Within 6 months of purchase, visit the webpage indicated on the receipt: giftcardplenitude.epayworldwide.com or scan the QR code on the Plenitude Prepaid Card and enter the code printed on the back of the card or on the receipt to activate it.

Click on “Activate your Plenitude Prepaid Card”, select “Activate new supply”, and enter a valid email address.

You will receive an email containing:

• a unique voucher code and all the instructions to activate it, which can be loaded into your Plenitude Personal Area within 6 months from the date of receipt; or
• a link to the webpage where you can activate your new supply with the dedicated Plenitude offer to receive an additional €30 credit.

Please wait until your new supply contract is finalized following confirmation of acceptance by Plenitude. In the meantime, you can still use the amount of the Prepaid Card on already active supplies. Within 2 months of activating your new Plenitude supply, you will receive by email an additional €30 voucher, valid for 6 months from receipt.

In both cases, follow these next steps:

• Log in or register in your Plenitude Personal Area and enter the voucher code received by email in the “Bills” section.
• In the “Do you have a voucher?” area, select “Promo” from the dropdown menu, click “Use voucher”, and choose the electricity or gas supply where you want to apply the credit.
• Confirm the subsequent verification messages and you will receive a confirmation email that the voucher has been successfully loaded.

To use the additional €30 voucher, log into your Plenitude Personal Area and follow the same steps as above:

• go to the “Bills” section and in the “Do you have a voucher?” area select “Promo” from the dropdown menu;
• enter the voucher code received by email, click “Use voucher”, and select the electricity or gas supply where you want to apply the discount;
• confirm the subsequent verification messages and you will receive a confirmation email that the voucher has been successfully loaded.
