• The voucher is valid for a maximum of 6 months from the date of purchase.
• The voucher can only be redeemed for Flix SE services by individuals aged 14 years or older.

• Internet access is required (additional charges may apply).
• Vouchers are valid for all connections/routes listed on www.flixbus.com.
• The number of seats on the buses is limited.
• The voucher value will be deducted from the price after the code is entered.
• Only one voucher code can be redeemed per booking.
• Any remaining credit can be used for another booking by entering the same code.
• The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded in cash, or used to purchase other goods.
• The data protection guidelines of Flix SE, available at www.flixbus.com/privacy-policy, apply to the collection, storage, and use of personal data.
• Ownership passes to the purchaser upon purchase of the voucher.
• No replacement will be provided for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers.
• Legal rights that go beyond these terms and conditions remain unaffected.

• How to Redeem the Voucher:
• Select your desired trip on the website www.flixbus.com.
• During the booking process, enter the voucher code in the designated field.
• Complete the booking – your ticket will be sent to you by email.
• You can print out the ticket or simply show it on your smartphone when boarding.
• The voucher does not entitle you to travel / does not replace a travel ticket.
