INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR H&M GIFT CARD 

H&M Gift Cards and H&M Return Cards can be used at H&M stores and online at hm.com in the country where the card was purchased or where the H&M Return Card was issued. You can use H&M Gift Cards and H&M Return Cards to pay for all or part of the value of the selected item(s). If your online purchase is not fully covered by H&M Gift Cards or H&M Return Cards, you can use an additional payment method to complete the purchase. 

H&M Gift Cards are valid for 7 years from the date of the last activation or purchase. When the validity period expires, H&M Gift Cards cannot be used for purchases, nor can they be reactivated, nor can the remaining unused amount be refunded. 

H&M shall not be liable for any H&M Gift Card or H&M Return Card once it has been activated, which is subsequently lost, stolen, inactivated or damaged.
