Validly activated gift cards are redeemable in whole or in part for payment of merchandise (excluding vending machine sales) at participating Primark shops where gift card services are available. Gift cards purchased in Italy can only be redeemed at Primark shops in Italy. Gift cards cannot be redeemed at any Primark franchise. This card cannot be exchanged for cash or vouchers. No change will be given, but the remaining balance can be applied to future purchases. The card balance will expire 2 years after the last card used. Primark will not be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards. 
Purchased gift cards can only be redeemed in Primark® shops in the country of purchase (excluding Primark® concessions, including those in Selfridges shops).

The electronic gift card contains a barcode and can be presented in the shop:
Print out the voucher you wish to redeem.
Present the voucher at the time of payment.

Only printed vouchers will be accepted.
To redeem this eGift Card, manually enter the 19-digit number into the till system.
