How to join

Once you have made your purchase, you will receive an e-mail containing the promo code. To activate the offer you will need to:

- Call the toll-free number 800900303 keeping your personal data and a valid payment method between credit card or IBAN at hand;

- Communicate them to the operator together with the promo code;

- The Sky Q decoder will be delivered to your home in a few days by courier, all you need to do is connect it to the internet* and enjoy the 3 months of viewing included.

It allows you to enjoy, for the first 3 months, the vision of Sky TV and Netflix with Netflix Standard + Sky Cinema, upon subscription to Sky Q via internet with Sky Open profile and payment by credit card (not prepaid) or debit on bank account. After the first 3 months, unless cancelled by the last day of viewing, the subscription for viewing Sky TV and Netflix + Sky Cinema will continue at €48/month. In any case, any increase in the amounts due to increases in the VAT rate or other regulatory provisions shall remain unaffected. Furthermore, costs without promotion may also be subject to change in accordance with Sky's General Subscription Terms and Conditions.
